Each month North State Writers publishes its newsletter,  The Quill, which is emailed to members and posted on our website.

Regular features include the North State Writers President's message, information about the speaker at our next meeting, Member Milestones and information on upcoming events. Poetry, contests, calls for submission, and informative articles on the craft are always evident as well!

The deadline for newsletter submissions is the 25th of each month. Content submitted after this date may be saved for a subsequent issue. The Editorial Committee will review submitted material before selecting items to be included in each issue. The editor or NSW board may edit the material for length and content. Please email submissions to the Newsletter Editor at northstatewriters@gmail.com. Submissions should be in a ready-for-publication format with a byline and contact information. If you are a member with news to share please write “member news” in the subject line.
